The timekeeping component is easy to use, and the onboarding process was simple. Reports can be delayed, though, because the database can update slowly and the reporting area lacks clarity. Payroll is processed by the system efficiently, although there is need for improvement in the reporting and tax implementation features.

The product greatly simplifies my ability to generate reports for managers and assist employees with any issues they may encounter. It streamlines the process and improves overall efficiency.

I really like how easy it is to use and the wide range of capabilities it offers.
