Dependency on external channels might pose a hurdle unless users invest time in extensive training to navigate the platform at a deeper level.

It was an exceptional learning for us that assessment of the software prior to buying is a crucial feature.

Extremely fine in-built processes that are so fundamental to deploy in the early phases.

Terrible customer support, not user-friendly, numerous technical aided issues, and less competent product knowledge to “customer support expert”

It saves us a lot of paper and time.

Tracking is easy, inventory maintenance is awesome, and attachments are wonderful.

I would recommend making it more customizable. It doesn’t accept pdf.

Our functionality as an upkeep team has significantly increased thanks to this software. We can centrally store data for future reference.

Storing all data in the system is possible, and it has linked all our disparate upkeep refs to a simple, modest program.

The mobile app has a few issues.
