The documentation for Google Workspace is notably deficient. This led to complications during our go-live phase due to conflicting information. Additionally, it took 45 minutes to connect with a resource through P1 support.

Its centralized interface makes managing devices from many networks simple, and its support service is top-notch. Since we started using Tufin in 2016, it has helped us save a significant amount of time and work. The cost is quite high but the advantages exceed the drawbacks.
