Pros & Cons

Paypro Pros & Cons
Pros
  • Paypro Workforce Management has been an invaluable solution for our small business, particularly due to its ability to accommodate our complex reporting requirements
  • With fewer than 50 employees across seven states, Paypro has impressed us with its flexibility in creating tailored processes and reports that cater to our unique needs
  • The presence of dedicated customer service representatives has also been a pleasant surprise, as it's not always common for companies to provide such personalized support for businesses of our size.
Cons
  • The only drawback I have experienced is occasionally having difficulty reaching someone over the phone
  • However, I must commend the staff for their prompt responses and quick assistance when contacted through other means of communication.
Workday Pros & Cons
Pros
  • The user experience of Workday is extremely poor, and there is nothing positive to say about it
  • The only good thing about using Workday is when it's not necessary to access it.
Cons
  • Workday is a poorly designed software that attempts to do too many things and fails at all of them
  • Its convoluted interface, poor coding, and constant page refreshes make even the simplest tasks unbearable and almost impossible to complete
  • It is not recommended to subject your employees to this software.

Paypro Workforce Management has significantly reduced the time and effort required for important tasks like open enrollment and onboarding. By streamlining these processes, Paypro has not only saved us valuable time but also improved overall efficiency, allowing us to focus on other critical aspects of our business."

The presence of dedicated customer service representatives has also been a pleasant surprise, as it's not always common for companies to provide such personalized support for businesses of our size.

One area where I've encountered challenges is in requesting certain reporting changes or addressing errors that are not considered a priority by UKG, the parent company of Paypro. This has resulted in a lack of communication and delays in receiving regular updates, which can be frustrating.

Regenerate response

One of the standout features of Paypro Workforce Management is its efficiency in processing payroll. Compared to our previous company, I can now complete our payroll in less than half the time. The process is seamless and hassle-free. Moreover, whenever there is an issue, the Paypro team is always available to provide assistance and support.

The only drawback I have experienced is occasionally having difficulty reaching someone over the phone. However, I must commend the staff for their prompt responses and quick assistance when contacted through other means of communication.

Workday aims to be a centralized platform for managing HR and financial tasks, but in reality, it only makes these tasks more time-consuming. In terms of financials, it is incapable of producing a basic monthly account summary, rendering it entirely useless.

The user experience of Workday is extremely poor, and there is nothing positive to say about it. The only good thing about using Workday is when it's not necessary to access it.
