  • The ability to know the amount of time available, the number of sick people, and the remaining comp time as the software monitors my utilization of time.
Cons
  • It is time consuming as running any report on the go is impossible-you must generate every report
  • It is also time consuming and redundant since I have to key in all staff details into the payroll system and thereafter into Novatime due to the absence of a link-unless we carry out a file download at the end of a payroll period, this time card system doesn’t connect to our payroll system.

The experience was generally positive. However, I dislike that I have to manually change it to PM as the time box automatically assumes the time is AM so you have during entering a time off request. Also, after entering time without saving and my requests that I entered being erased, I dislike having to change pages.

The ability to know the amount of time available, the number of sick people, and the remaining comp time as the software monitors my utilization of time.

Switching pages and forgetting to save what you keyed in when entering time off requests makes it disappear prompting you to restart the process again.

During our busy session, it is more time saving to have a single system that can host time card punches, payroll and HRIS.

Extremely supportive tech support at all times-responsive and working with them is simple. It is also fairly cheap.

Intuitive and simple software, that allows me to perform multiple functions without much trouble. The updated version is wonderful.

Newton functions for what it publicizes.

Ability to post internally and publically, and it has great templates options for messages plus a delayed rejection email.

Poor formatting, impossibility of enlarging a resume without it occupying the whole screen, and navigating from candidate to candidates list is inconvenient.
