Unfortunately, I'm still facing a tax issue that has been ongoing for over a year. Although the product has not resolved it, I find that it still provides value in other areas such as centralizing my HRIS needs, making payroll efficient, and simplifying my work through GL postings.
I like the ease of use of this product and how it conveniently centralizes all my HRIS needs. The payroll feature is very efficient, and the time card system is great. Additionally, I find the GL postings to be terrific as they cut down on my work time.
While the first-line customer service is great, I've had bad experiences when dealing with more complex issues, especially regarding tax problems.
SAP is undoubtedly the ideal software on the market (comprehensive CRM package) for large organizations, almost everything in the software can be configured, addictive to use after knowing how it operates, and any command that you give it will be executed provided it is well configured.
Numerous features and modules, flexible, and can be configured easily.
Expensive, terrible German tables, resources are required, and the default UI doesn't fit all.
Honestly, there's not too much that I love about it, but one thing that I do appreciate is that I don't have to worry about doing the payroll taxes anymore. It's one less thing for me to handle and that's always a relief.
Unfortunately, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I've had a few issues that I needed help with, but the reps are slow to respond and sometimes they don't respond at all. It can be frustrating when you're trying to get something resolved quickly.
It has a steep learning curve. Someone with strong IT skills is needed to run it.
It offers many things that are good like functionality, reports, views, and tools for analysis and forecasting.
