We are quite happy with ECI software altogether. Since we've been using it for the past five years, the company has provided fantastic service. All facets of our operation, from quotes to payments, are covered by the comprehensive software. We can quickly customize it to meet our specific demands because it is also quite easy to do so. We don't like the app's removal of the red icon and elimination of notifications from pop-ups in version 9.

Not user-friendly, it lacks visibility, the information that you key in and what appears on the screen is totally different, reports aren't customizable, it is difficult to develop parts in the system, and very costly software compared to its value. In conclusion, E2 is a very complicated software.
It's been a huge help for us in terms of collecting data from our shop floor and integrating it into our financial records on a daily and monthly basis. This has made it a lot easier for our managers to stay on top of things and spot potential issues before they become big problems.
