In our comparison of JobScore vs. Workable, Workable is the best option with a higher overall Wheelhouse Score. Wheelhouse Score uses a combination of feature and pricing comparison data, average user ratings, and editorial reviews to score software vendors on a scale of 1-10.
Ease of use, user-friendly, Candidate flow and templates can be customized, helpdesk rep is always alert and ready to respond to our queries positively. They are kind enough to let you know how to take the fullest advantage of the features you are aren't aware of.
Restricting user type is impossible, such as disabling managers to forward candidates not meeting the set criteria.
The support is good, using it is simple, and centralized storage of hiring details.
The Pro version locked up most of the major features we required.
According to a newly introduced feature, the resume has become a part of the job application but it doesn't let the candidate know it. It is something really appreciated by our company. It asked for the resumes of the current employees too. After negotiating this issue to the customer service rep, I was told, though I am a huge customer of their, to wait for a while which for no surprise to me continued for several months but ultimately it was done.
First we started with their free plan about which, I don't know still exists or not. It suited to our company's needs very well because we were not getting CVs through an email address. Further, we allocated different departs to concerned managers.
Bugs in upgrades, customer support is not responsive enough, their turnaround time is 48 hours which is pathetic. No distinction or respect for high paying customers.
Workable can be among the most commended ATS to use if its filtering function is enhanced.
Intuitive to use, simple to set up, user-friendly interface, simple to navigate.
Non effective search function, and difficult to filter via thousands of candidates due to the poor search functions.
