Our HR team is doing an excellent job as it is getting a great number of applications against each job posting which is even appreciated by the other officials and this all happens because we are using Hyrell for applicant tracking. How easy it is to customize job postings and responses. It is enriched with so many useful features which aren't completely used by us yet.
Customer service is fantastic. I strongly recommend it to all.
Ease of use, user-friendly, Candidate flow and templates can be customized, helpdesk rep is always alert and ready to respond to our queries positively. They are kind enough to let you know how to take the fullest advantage of the features you are aren't aware of.
Restricting user type is impossible, such as disabling managers to forward candidates not meeting the set criteria.
You would enjoy navigation through the app.
Navigation is great.
Nothing known to me.
According to a newly introduced feature, the resume has become a part of the job application but it doesn't let the candidate know it. It is something really appreciated by our company. It asked for the resumes of the current employees too. After negotiating this issue to the customer service rep, I was told, though I am a huge customer of their, to wait for a while which for no surprise to me continued for several months but ultimately it was done.
First we started with their free plan about which, I don't know still exists or not. It suited to our company's needs very well because we were not getting CVs through an email address. Further, we allocated different departs to concerned managers.
Bugs in upgrades, customer support is not responsive enough, their turnaround time is 48 hours which is pathetic. No distinction or respect for high paying customers.
