The customer support is responsive, and the internet portal is simple to use. Although the tax division takes a while to respond, the product handles everything, including filing and paying taxes.

Workday aims to be a centralized platform for managing HR and financial tasks, but in reality, it only makes these tasks more time-consuming. In terms of financials, it is incapable of producing a basic monthly account summary, rendering it entirely useless.

The user experience of Workday is extremely poor, and there is nothing positive to say about it. The only good thing about using Workday is when it's not necessary to access it.
