FortiClient's assurances of impenetrable security and intuitive administration were fulfilled. I particularly enjoyed how simple cloud control was, how EDR worked, and how the EPP suite made it a complete security solution. Their support staff is excellent and always willing to assist. Deployment and integration went smoothly as well. Additionally, it increased our business agility by allowing safe, remote work from any location. Even while there were a few little setbacks, such as sporadic login issues and resource-intensive performance that occasionally caused latency, the overall advantages definitely outweighed them.
Great support, easy to use,
Login errors, lagging issues
Stopping spam and malicious emails, but requires continual training and user management. Wanted to use SPF, DKIM, and DMARC features but couldn't get help from support.
The system works well with regular training and use of quarantine and daily digest for suspect emails.
Lack of initial and ongoing training, difficult sales rep, and poor support after the person managing the system left.
The main advantages of FortiClient are its incredibly strong security and ease of use. I can work remotely with confidence knowing that my home PC's personal and professional data is securely protected. The sole drawback? Official support is lacking for our company's budget edition, but the trade-off for a trouble-free, seamless experience is worthwhile. FortiClient checks all the boxes for easy-to-use, trustworthy security for home offices.
Security, quick and easy to use
No support given for free version
It's a reliable product that delivers on its promises.
Great coverage against phishing, malware, impersonation, and business exploits
The documentation for Google Workspace is notably deficient. This led to complications during our go-live phase due to conflicting information. Additionally, it took 45 minutes to connect with a resource through P1 support.
