The notable drawback of FixMe.IT is its lack of support for Linux, web browsers, and mobile platforms. It would be convenient if end-users could access the application through a web page instead of downloading an executable file and running it.

FixMe.IT offers exceptional user-friendliness. As an independent IT technician, I rely on it almost daily for remote tech support and monitoring of my clients' servers. The client interface is so straightforward that even those with limited technical knowledge can easily navigate it. When I was searching for a remote support solution, most well-known options were priced at $60 per month or more for a single license. FixMe.IT, on the other hand, costs only $30 per month while delivering the same level of functionality.

My only wish is for FixMe.IT to have a Mac version, as I have been using a Mac mini as my primary PC for quite some time now.

Rescue's user interface feels outdated and can be challenging to navigate at times. The administrator portal lacks the desired level of robustness. Additionally, it may encounter difficulties when used in low-bandwidth connections for remote access.

I encountered issues such as network configuration missing and insufficient permissions for my user to complete tasks on my laptop. Rescue was helpful in resolving those problems

I really like how Rescue allows a person to control my device (laptop) to check the issue and enables me to chat with them regarding the problem.

When controlling someone's device, the movement can be a bit slow
