Assigning units to individuals helps us keep track of them and the reminders for overdue units and service due dates are extremely useful.
To ensure that we always know which unit has which accessories, it would be helpful to link them together. It would also be beneficial to have an improved calendar view, including one for events.
The most pleasing feature of MRI is how straightforward and fast it is to look up resident and property information and generate reports for PDF export. For individuals lacking prior experience, the financial and accounting part can be challenging.

EZOfficeInventory is, by far the most reliable system I have ever experienced. It is user-friendly with a clean and straightforward user interface. It’s cheap for how much it offers.
I can’t think of any significant issues, but if I were to nitpick, then the integration with Zendesk took a bit of time. Although, that can go unnoticed quickly.
MRI is designed for property accounting and asset management. If you are looking for solutions to manage the books of accounts for your properties, you can consider using it. However, it falls short in terms of efficiency compared to other options available."
