The software is great for managing our demo pool.

My advice to others would be to take advantage of all the features offered by the software to maximize its benefits.

Assigning units to individuals helps us keep track of them and the reminders for overdue units and service due dates are extremely useful.

To ensure that we always know which unit has which accessories, it would be helpful to link them together. It would also be beneficial to have an improved calendar view, including one for events.

EZOffice has been a great help to my business.

EZOfficeInventory is, by far the most reliable system I have ever experienced. It is user-friendly with a clean and straightforward user interface. It’s cheap for how much it offers.

I can’t think of any significant issues, but if I were to nitpick, then the integration with Zendesk took a bit of time. Although, that can go unnoticed quickly.
