Three reasons are there for which I love Docebo so much, it is intuitive, customizable, and can upload a variety of files
No con I can see so far.
I LOVE this program. It has an excellent layout that looks great and easy to understand. The features in the system are also beneficial for my operations.
Expensive and poor customer service.
Our experience with Docebo has been poor.
Centralized learning (the better part of it).
Poor and flawed integration with LinkedIn Learning, terrible client support-slow response, unhelpful, etc.
Despite having a base, it does not scale unless you are running SAP everywhere.
The amount of software available with SAP is incredible.
Software maintenance is poor, support is mediocre, it syncs poorly with other systems, it looks outdated, and they’re susceptible to missing information.
