Expensive and poor customer service.

Centralized learning (the better part of it).
Poor and flawed integration with LinkedIn Learning, terrible client support-slow response, unhelpful, etc.
Despite having a base, it does not scale unless you are running SAP everywhere.
The amount of software available with SAP is incredible.
Software maintenance is poor, support is mediocre, it syncs poorly with other systems, it looks outdated, and they’re susceptible to missing information.
