This capability has significantly benefited your company by resolving numerous IT-related issues across all branches without the need for costly and time-consuming travel. ConnectWise ScreenConnect has streamlined IT support, enabling efficient problem-solving across multiple locations, thus improving overall productivity and reducing expenses.

ConnectWise ScreenConnect provides a convenient and straightforward method to access another user's PC when they encounter issues they can't resolve on their own. It grants administrator access, allowing for efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving as long as the administrator password is available. This feature greatly simplifies the process of assisting users remotely.

Zoho Assist solves the problem of remote connectivity and allows for efficient collaboration. However, it would be beneficial if the requirement for application installation on the same PC could be eliminated, especially when using the same PC for multiple sessions.

I particularly like the seamless connectivity it offers, and the audio functionality is the most powerful feature. It works perfectly without any voice lag.

One aspect I dislike is the need to install the application on the same PCs every time.

Zoho Assist allows me, as a sole employee and business owner, to provide tech support to users worldwide. It enables me to efficiently address their technical issues. Additionally, Zoho Assist has been beneficial in terms of cost savings. As I cannot afford solutions like TeamViewer or GoToAssist, Zoho Assist provides a cost-effective alternative that meets my support needs.

I appreciate the extensive range of features available for free in Zoho Assist. The free version offers a lot of functionality, especially for a single technician. I also found the features available in the Standard edition to be valuable.

One aspect I disliked was that certain features, such as reboot and reconnect, as well as the Send Ctrl+Alt+Del feature, required payment. Additionally, I found it a bit disappointing that rebranding the software required the highest-level paid plan.
