Pros are great customer service, extensive info database, of information and flexibility to adapt to your needs.
No way to preview the cover page in a job pipeline, can't email multiple people to ask for reviews on multiple candidates.
It's linked to LinkedIn. However, it's not used at the company that I work for.
Limited software publicity because I only came to know it after working in a company where it was being used.
