Pros are great customer service, extensive info database, of information and flexibility to adapt to your needs.
No way to preview the cover page in a job pipeline, can't email multiple people to ask for reviews on multiple candidates.
Intuitive and simple software, that allows me to perform multiple functions without much trouble. The updated version is wonderful.
It is difficult to streamline the process of payroll.
