As the person who operates this system in our organization, I love how it is very flexible in all cases, the ability to edit and customize data easily, creating new fields, customize reports and creating custom dashboard has been a great help. The support team has also been a great help when I have some issues. Great software for everyone.
It has streamlined our pay and time off tracking processes, simplified the onboarding experience, enhanced overall performance management, and even allowed us to develop a multi-division, multi-administrator pay solution. Such comprehensive and tailored solutions are not commonly offered by other companies. Moreover, Workzoom goes above and beyond by providing the fundamental features of a Learning Management System (LMS) and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within the same system, further enhancing its value.
The aspect that stands out to me the most is the ease of use and the exceptional support I receive from the team. They go above and beyond to assist us, regardless of where we are in the implementation process. It's incredibly reassuring to know that they make time for us and provide invaluable assistance. Additionally, they don't charge for every little thing after the basic implementation, which is a definite plus.
To be honest, there is very little for me to be unhappy with.
One of the best things about Bullhorn is that it has an integrated email system, which makes it easier for me to email my co-workers and candidates. I also like that it gives me the ability to add more information about our prospects into the system quickly.
Bullhorn is clunky and not that easy to use. Some of its features are also not intuitive as well.
We have been able to automate and streamline a lot of tedious operations, like quarterly performance evaluations, thanks to Workzoom. I can see exactly how our staff members are doing and where we need to make improvements thanks to this. I also value the capability of automatically assigning training to teams of workers and establishing goals and objectives for the business.
Process automation, performance review management, identification of aspects that require improvement, automated training scheduling
