The user has switched to PARiM specifically for shift coordination or rota management, indicating satisfaction with that aspect of the software.

PARiM is praised for its ease of use, comprehensive nature, and provision of all the relevant information needed for efficient service management.

There are a couple of drawbacks mentioned. Firstly, the user expresses a difficulty in searching for specific courses on the eLearning platform. Additionally, the software lacks the capability to assign and monitor employee progress on the eLearning courses.
