After a period of searching I finally settled on ProcessPro. We acquired it in 2004 and we've never had any regrets for picking it. It has been very vital in the growth of our business. It is very comprehensive, simple to use, versatile, and the customer support team is very fair, helpful, diligent, and resourceful. Further, it is capable of exporting data for management reporting, it has very useful process manufacturing and inventory management features which have increased the efficiency of our operations.
We have been able to have better accuracy and controls in customer service and productivity after recently implementing the Automated Warehouse System.
Lastly, our counts and order fulfilment are more accurate, inventory is presently real-time, and customer service percentage has greatly improved thanks to this software.

Software can be used with Crystal reports to develop Automated Inventory Value Analysis system, incoming Inspection audit system, Capacity planning, and Outside service PO system. The stated functions are possible due to PBS company being AS9000 certified.
Weak MRP which we don't use.
Workwise is the second-simplest and robust software compared to the seven different ERP systems I have used in my career.
Enhanced online support and software upgrades, the prompt response in case of emergencies, wonderful modules range, and extensive functional flexibility.
Non-effective printing and pdf use without using third-party support, occasionally slow customer response, and partial testing of patches and updates seem to cause issues into the mix.
PBS is quite simple to use on a daily basis. However, when generating purchase orders for MRO products, it's not user-friendly, has a cumbersome purchasing module especially when creating and dispersing POs, and difficult to operate when on information worthy canned reports.
