AceProject helps me monitor projects, timelines, and who manages them. I am also hoping to benefit from retaining information and communication regarding our projects by increasing our business to become more web based through using AceProject.
Initial familiarization with the software for both me and my team was hard.
Only suitable for small entities.
Operating is simple as it is user friendly, the calendar feature has a soft touch together with the timeline
It is bulky and dated, adding many people onto a ticket isn’t possible, many other systems exist which offer similar items.
AceProject has the basic features necessary for project creation, allocating workers and reviewers, uploading documents and setting deadlines.
Lack of feature updates over a long period of time, and setting up a project is quite confusing to people who rarely use it.

Project administration- a daunting task, is greatly eased by Asana, it is feature packed, it contains modern features, and has a free trial version
