A good time tracking system that can even be used remotely.

General Comments: Even though Novatime works very well, and there is usually no complaint about the speed and accuracy of the data. Missed or erroneous hours happen generally due to human error. With customization and added features, it tends to slow down a little.

Pros

Novatime is easy to configure and just as easy to learn to use
Once you are at work, you can log into the system, and thus clock in to start your shift
This is where Novatime is so convenient
You can log in from any place in the building at your schedule hour that you are at work
This is great for people working on assignments or projects in different or remote locations as well
However, if you use another software in conjunction with it, such as WorkDay, then you are required to login from your assigned workstation.

Cons

The balances for PTO and other accruals for employees are carried with accuracy
However, the reporting view is probably somewhat difficult for people to understand who likes to see things in the simplest form only.
