It seemed like it had potential, but...

The accounting issues have become overwhelming, and it seems there is room for improvement in both product development and the operations team.

Pros

The software's functionality is commendable, with a straightforward and user-friendly UI
It boasts powerful and robust features
The sales and support teams provided excellent service; however, after signing the contract, there was a lack of communication and support, leaving us unsure how to proceed with implementation.

Cons

Many features are hidden in unintuitive areas, and the company's operations lack professionalism
Communication and implementation execution are extremely poor
There is a lack of clear roadmap or instructions for implementation, and the accounting team disregarded our terms and conditions, leading to service disruption without prior communication.
