For me as an independent video producer, FreshBooks has changed the game. Although switching from desktop software to their web-based platform was a success in and of itself, its simplicity and attention to small businesses, like mine, is what makes it truly magical.

Interface is not good enough
Initial configuration and use of the software is relatively easy. I find the forecasting abilities of the software to be quite advanced. There have been issues with the interface from time to time but they were fixed pretty quickly.

FreshBooks was the epitome of ease and speed for invoicing! Invoicing was simple to create and send, and it was made much easier by service integrations. We had to switch platforms regrettably since they removed the ticket module, which allowed us to easily turn tickets into invoices—a process we needed.
