I love how Fingercheck simplifies work processes and makes it easy to log in and out of work. It saves me a lot of time when it comes to the end of the month, as I no longer have to manually go through all the logins and logouts.
By using Fingercheck, I have been able to realize several benefits. Firstly, it provides clean and transparent time cards for employees, which makes it easier to manage payments. Secondly, it helps to cut down the time spent on running reports for the billing department, as they have a clear picture of what each employee has earned. Finally, it makes it easier to track employee attendance and productivity.
The main disadvantage of the product is that it sometimes freezes, which can lead to duplicate entries. To solve this, the system should be able to automatically detect and delete any duplicate entries, or generate a message to the manager so they can go in and find the issue.
It is so easy to use, and there are lots of functions that work well. Some functions, however, do not work as perfectly.
The client service is not exactly great. We have had relatively simple answers, and we have had a hard time getting hold of people to help us. Any change in the directly assigned account representatives from the company can result in a loss of contact with the right support staff, which is what happened with us.

Services offered are complete, has a helpful time clock (that is biometric) for security at the entity, it is a desirable system thanks to its exceptional intuition and optimization.
Navigating the software is quite hard if you don’t have guidance, a little updating the KnowlegdeBase for client support is required.
