BuildTools has a very supportive customer support group, great scheduling, simple to use, and entering and approval choices. However, it doesn't integrate fully with QB for unidirectional synchronization, and some of the UI features are not intuitive, and very slow software response when using the software on my iPad.
Due to its inconveniences, I later shifted to another scheduling software that was way cheaper than BuildTools.
You can quickly add documents/comments/alter task details thanks to the edit panel, you can automatically and manually monitor hours thanks to its time monitoring ability.
Poor quality of the mobile apps, has a very steep learning curve as it is very complicated.
