As a long-time user of Praesto AE, I think I can say that it really helped us with all of the accounting and data managing tasks we have in our mechanical engineering firm.
The program has the capability to compile all of our promotional material and job history in an easy-access database which, is super helpful because we now always remember all of our projects both past and present. Our business still uses Quickbooks for tax purposes but Praeston AE takes care of everything else. I definitely recommend this!

inMotion's written policy is misleading as it appears on their website regarding website transfers price, whereby they claim that it is free but you're charged after requesting for a service.
I love Praesto for it has been fantastic in helping us do the big jump from excel workbooks to the program itself. We were able to continue our projects and time tracking tasks on the new platform without experiencing even the slightest hassle.
inMotion monitors proof status ins a great way. Unfortunately, actual review of items is disappointing, hard to navigate UI on tablet and mobile, saving comments is problematic, lack of extra project management options like task allocation, checking off personal tasks, and project creation.

Irritating U, impossible to manage projects beyond proof reviewing, words highlighting doesn't operate like desktop, buggy proof commenting as comments occasionally fail to get saved.
