The product works as intended, however Avalara's customer support is terrible. It is an enormous undertaking to get responses to emails or meetings attended, and there is hardly any follow-up. There was no response to my requests for a replacement, and my account manager was incompetent. It took me months to cancel a service, which meant I was paying for something I wasn't using! This, even though they admit they should give me credit. I tried to solve these problems for hours on end. Move on and spare yourself the annoyance.
Kashoo excels because of its speed and simplicity. It was quite easy to set up, and I enjoy that I don't have to deal with updates because it just functions. Excellent customer service is the icing on the cake. Kashoo is great if you're a small business owner looking for simple bookkeeping and excellent assistance! My bookkeeping is streamlined, allowing me to concentrate on what really matters—expanding my company.
