This product effectively addresses the challenge of building aesthetically pleasing dashboards without requiring extensive knowledge of programming or Excel. I really appreciate its numerous advanced features, particularly the Auto dashboard building functionality. The AI-powered solution provided by the software is incredibly helpful in creating user-friendly dashboards with all the necessary details. It's impressive how all the charts are conveniently located in one place, and the software automatically provides insights based on the data. Moreover, it supports NLP, allowing me to ask questions about my dataset just like I would on a web search engine.
One area that could use improvement is the customer support. I feel that it could have been better.
This is a very wonderful system. We use it mainly for data modelling, generating reports, etc. and their client support is exceptional. However, despite the many stated cons, they’re mostly experienced by developers.
If the requirements are simple, it is easy to drag and drop reports, support and community are great, has an adaptable and robust BQL, using the API is simple, writing scripts to automate common roles is possible, and methods of processing data are both simple and complicated. Also, a section of the Admin tool has greatly eased troubleshooting reports thanks to the ability to view the BQL and final SQL query making it extremely simple to locate issues.
It’s not possible to copy and paste items. Copying dashboards and implanted reports isn’t possible. A few admin roles can’t work together with one another. For the admin monitors/screens, they work with FLASH. You can’t manage to have wonderful looking reports if you have needs for ADA approved readability as the fonts are small/medium/large and scrollbars, etc. will be on everything…etc.
Currently, we haven't extensively utilized AnswerDock. However, it tackles issues related to employees and technology, providing valuable benefits in those areas.

Inexpensive, plenty of features to enhance the time to make the tasks operational, and incredible performance in assembling data, security and probability of learning.
Not so intuitive, no option to paste some data, and as times features don't function as initially advertised.
