Sisense is wonderful

General Comments: The product has been very good for us. You can even share your clients’ data with them on dashboards, which they can customize in accordance with their needs. The whole company can benefit from this solution in almost all departments.

Pros

It has excellent features
It is intuitive by nature due to the BI built-up
It has built-in features, and software evolution based on recorded experience
Yet, it has lots of third-party plugins available to further customize the product
The system security takes into account the data security by presenting the view of the data in accordance with the security level
The client community is very active if you want to find a quick answer to something related to the system, and the support service is also very reliable.

Cons

Since you can drag and drop your desired data into one dashboard, that’s what you tend to do, and it may take more than one time to get the query right
But generally, it is not a major issue.
