Navigating the platform is a breeze, making it user-friendly for individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.

Dependency on external channels might pose a hurdle unless users invest time in extensive training to navigate the platform at a deeper level.

Terrible client service-very slow, Sage seemingly came out with a poor software after learning about the advent of Xero and other cloud providers-it is underdeveloped, lacks basic functionality, the UI is poor, basic features are a bother, etc.

The price is discounted, the length till the end of your VAT period is shown by this software.

It performs basic tasks slowly, it isn’t dependable, slow client service, no method to back up data, has a complicated interface, software development (over a long period of time) is extremely slow and minimal.

Most of our clients use this software for business and personal issues after learning how to use it based on our suggestions. The ability to upload receipts and an available electric copy for safekeeping and documentation functions is one of this software's highly rated features. It also helps and saves time by scanning invoices automatically. Reports generated are timely hence helpful, enabling our clients and team maintain updated financial records.

Combination of Zoho books and Zoho expense requires many updates as it is confusing due to the presence of bugs upon use. Hopefully, this complication can be resolved by a future update. All in all, I recommend this highly remarkable software.

It has many wonderful features, it is cloud- based, integrates well with Shopify and woocommerce, and security is assured and good too.

Customizing invoices is hard. That was the only major challenge I encountered.
