I had to personally learn the system as we didn’t have a super user in my team. In the absence of a super user, a simpler method to initiate education is required. They have a very personable, well-trained, GRS team who are proficient communicators.
All the fundamentals pertaining to EHR’s are in this software, accessing and following patients is simple as is maneuvering. Its connection with external resources/providers is much better than other systems.
It is quite difficult to generate reports, the options are very many, nailing down a few parts wanted in a report is hard, a time consuming customization process, and subpar client service.
We aren’t guaranteed a better solution if we abandon this one and the work involved would be too much. Presently, this is a great software.

We only use a few features but pay for many more which we don’t utilize, errors of running out of memory frequently occur, and few operations are quite outdated.
