We are quite happy with ECI software altogether. Since we've been using it for the past five years, the company has provided fantastic service. We don't like the app's removal of the red icon and elimination of notifications from pop-ups in version 9.

Not user-friendly, it lacks visibility, the information that you key in and what appears on the screen is totally different, reports aren't customizable, it is difficult to develop parts in the system, and very costly software compared to its value. In conclusion, E2 is a very complicated software.
