As the moderator, you can initiate voice and video conferencing without prior planning. It also has additional features such as Interactive Voice Response (IVR) that are available for contact centers. It supports custom integrations, and “out-of-the-box” combinations using Application Program Interfaces (APIs).

Key Features

  • Licensing plan- Businesses have the option of choosing either permanent licensing plan or a subscription licensing plan.
  • Simple, affordable and accessible- You can integrate the video with unified communications. The video is readily adaptable compared to other features and brings a full unified communications (UC) package to the table within a single application. The video conferencing becomes as easy as making a phone call. Any user can participate in face-to-face video-conference or multi-party conferences by using a simple mouse click.
  • Delivers Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) video conferencing for two versions of OpenScape. They include OpenScape Voice, and OpenScape 4000. It has an impressive. Crystal-clear full High Definition (HD) video. It has a video-enabled mobile UC for Android and iOS devices.
  • Rich Presence Awareness- Your teams can view the availability and status of other key contacts and team members. Its presence is felt through multiple channels such as voice, video and instant messaging. When you are present in a meeting it gives you the “presence status” information about other members in the meeting, before they communicate. This allows you, as the host to know the best time and method to communicate with them effectively. The participants also manage their availability status. They can also decide who they are going to be available for online, the choice of device used, and the timelines when they will be found.
