Teamwork Project Manager is a cloud-based project management solution that works all the way up from a single user with a handful of projects to an enterprise solution with unlimited users and unlimited projects. The solution is solely focused on making it easy to set up and manage projects and get project managers to be productive. Fees are monthly and users can cancel their subscription any time they want. If they wish, they can simply stop paying and their subscription will automatically revert to a single-user, free subscription. Many users found project management tools to be complex, and the Teamwork team says the extreme simplicity it has tried to achieve is a response to that need.

The Teamwork solution walks the fine line between being easy to use and being too basic. Most user reviews indicate that it feels just right in terms of functionality and usability. The solution is intuitive and very easy to use, most people get productive with it in very little time. Even clients can log in and see the data you have authorized them to see. The result is a more satisfied client, early correction of deviations, and a better product.

Teamwork comes ready with iOS and Android apps that can be installed on your mobile devices. Work can now be taken wherever teams go and they are no longer tied down to their desktops.  All apps and the version you use on your browser have in-built timers so that filling timesheets becomes more accurate and easier. Updated timesheets mean better billing and more control over your projects.

A new feature we had not seen before was the extension for the Chrome browser. Using the extension, some amazing new features become available–you can integrate the application with Gmail and create and send messages automatically from any page in the project manager. There is very tight integration with Google Apps for business and suddenly you get the best from your PM application as well as from the Google ecosystem.

Users are also delighted to find that a large number of apps they routinely use (Box, Dropbox, HubSpot, Calendar, Zendesk etc.) all work natively with the solution.
