The software works, it integrates well too, but the client service needs improvement

Litmos is a very good product for its features and capabilities. It provides you with a solid platform for all your learning management needs. On the other hand, the service needs improving, as issues must be taken seriously and resolved quickly to that the client doesn’t suffer a loss of time of money due to minor problems, etc.

Pros
  • Even though most of the needed capability is there, integration with third-party applications helps cover what may be left out
  • You can create and link the number of training or courses at a time
  • The learning material and tests, quizzes or other assigned work can be distributed on a large scale
  • The information about access, completion, and timeliness of all tasks and assessments to be completed is always available about all attendees.
Cons
  • The chance exists that an attendee may cheat on an assessment due to the option of going back into the assessment after backing out of it
  • The reporting is not the best
  • Some standard reports are good
  • However, you have the option to use the API integration to get additional reports
  • At times, the client service team is slow to respond and even slower to resolve the issues.
