Reliable service with a very helpful support team

Pros
  • PanTerra is a very reliable VoIP system (no downtime or issues since we switched)
  • The voice quality is very good, nice an clear on every call
  • What I was most impressed by though is the service they provide
  • The support team is responsive and even helped us train our team.
Cons
  • Nothing I can think of at this point
  • Very happy with the system and service.
