Hosted and On-Premise integrations

Great Hosted PBX, fantastic actual-time visibility and call management products.

Pros
  • Drag and drop call management and real-time call and queue visibility make it great for managers, receptionists, and call centers, every feature is included for users, thus, you don’t end up with concealed fees for add-on features, a switchboard-the primary defining feature of Switchvox, and the latest licensing model also offers you mobility and softphone options that are part of the base extension license.
Cons
  • A very small subset of features available in Switchvox on premise that are restricted in the hosted platform because of the systems shared nature
  • You’re unlikely to notice them unless you’re an actual power user and already acquainted with the on premise version.
