Love the easiness of it.

I am satisfied with this program. I don’t have any issues with this so far. Though there were problems when I took over from sales representative user to facilitator administrator, they were only internal problems and within the system. However, this program made it very easy for me to assign training, review it, rate it, pull reports, and various other tasks as a facilitator, very easy and simple to use.

  • This program made it very convenient for me to assign training, review it, rate it, and draw reports from and various other tasks as a facilitator
  • Thus all of these tasks became very easy and effortless for me to use.
Cons
  • There are no cons I found in this
  • However, there was an issue internally when I had to switch over from a sales representative to a facilitator administrator within the system.
