must-have for small HR teams

Great value for money system.

Pros

Total Rewards, Strategy, Labor Laws, etc
are a few of the topics of the numerous range of services and details offered by HR Downloads
Also, live HR Advice is provided by HR Downloads and it has very knowledgeable experts who promptly respond to calls.

Cons

Has a fairly weak survey system compared to survey monkey and learning and using the former takes more time.
