Functional and user-friendly
Pros
I love that I can customize the software based on my company’s needs
It also works excellent for billing cosmetic claims, insurances, and more.
Cons
Their customer service is not that reliable
Some are great, friendly, and very knowledgeable
But I’ve also encountered agents that are either clueless about the issue or have made me feel like I shouldn’t be bothering them
