My experience after working with Eclipse for one year is so horrible that I literally recommend you to switch to some other app as soon as possible. Their developer team exhibits a totally unprofessional behavior whenever we get stuck somewhere. They blame the customer for the problem instead of resolving it. Their updates are ridiculous. I tell you, our system has become very slow till the recent update. On calling their voicemail, we are asked to wait for a long time. After that even, we are not allowed to talk to any person at the helpdesk. Instead, they ask us to leave a message. Now our team is looking to switch to a more reliable and responsive company at our earliest.
