Very convenient to use

Vend sets up the products and users initially but it also facilitates adding new users, changing their access or removing them. Even for the products, the categories can be created so that there are few buttons on the screen. Later, categories can be added. This is an excellent system.

Pros
  • It is user-friendly and intuitive, all the functions are clearly named and easy to find
  • There is a support function incorporated within the website
  • The customer service is excellent
  • Any query is answered within an hour
  • Initially, the team explains the software thoroughly and they are also ready to answer even the silliest question.
Cons
  • I have not found any cons in one and a half years of its use.
