Microsoft Dynamics RMS includes POS, inventory control, employee management and CRM functions along with strong reporting and analytics.

Microsoft Dynamics RMS automates inventory and purchasing management: The solution lets you track and manage inventory using any sales method and inventory types, track item movement and supplier histories, generate purchase orders, and add items on the fly. All reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for easy customization and viewing in a matrix grid format.

Microsoft Dynamics RMS is an on-premise solution and can be run on Windows XP/ 2000, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003 or Windows Embedded for POS.

Microsoft Dynamics RMS users require an initial training to understand the system layout, workflow and various features. Built-in wizards guide users through features and help navigate the solutions. This solution is not as intuitive as others, yet offers very strong POS features, analytics and integrations.

Microsoft Dynamics RMS is compatible with most commonly available peripheral devices such as card readers, barcode scanners, weight scales and touch screens. The solution is fully compatible with other Microsoft software, such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting: businesses who have already invested in Microsoft products will benefit from Microsoft Dynamics RMS.
