Instore Pro POS is a single-stop iPad POS solution designed to meet the requirements of restaurants, bakeries, bars, cafes, etc., primarily directed at the needs of small businesses. With Instore Pro POS, it is possible to manage menu, sales, staffing, inventory, and more. The solution comes along with a free credit card reader which converts the standard iPad to a mobile POS.

  • Payments:  Instore Pro can process any form of payment from anywhere in the store. The solution works offline too with Instore’s Offline Processing feature, the data is synced at a later stage with connectivity is restored.
  • Employee Management: Workforce management becomes much simpler with Instore Pro’s Labor Management tools. These tools provide insights into employee performance, employee check-ins and check-outs, employee activities, and helps to optimize staffing, labor, performance and to reduce errors. Instore Pro can also process payroll.
  • Rewards: Instore Pro POS customer tracking features help understand more about customers and offer reward schemes, for customers with high spend for example. Customers can be motivated to purchase and pay using gift cards.
  • Marketing: It is possible to promote products and items in creative ways to ensure greater sales. Specials can be created fast and results of promotions tracked and measured. Custom receipts can be created to encourage repeat visits.
  • Gift Cards: Customized Instore cards are free and can be used in the store. They offer a low-cost option to retain customers and build the brand.

The Instore Pro POS also comes with insightful reports that provide real-time information on different pertinent details. Performance at different locations can be viewed with a single login. As orders can be taken from anywhere in the store, the process is faster and does not involve long waiting times at the register.
