Key Features

  • Orders: New orders can easily be created utilizing multiple options available: by selecting a table, clicking the +sign, swiping credit card or tapping menu items. Orders include lot of useful details such as user name, order type, date and time the order was created and closed, total amount, tip details, etc. 
  • Reports: Ambur POS reporting features are robust and extensive. Reports can be run on a variety of timelines, can be analyzed for insights and it is possible to obtain detailed feedback on different metrics important in a POS system. Reports can be shared via email or messaged to iOS devices.
  • Audit:  Ambur recently rolled out its Audit Logs feature, which helps to identify mistakes and improve employee and process efficiency. With this feature, it is possible to see every single activity in the system – employee log-in times, order creation, execution, modification times, payments, etc. The logs are saved for 30 days.
  • Database Backups:  Back-ups are executed every hour and saved to Dropbox. The data can be emailed too.
  • Coupons: Coupons can be created for one-time use, each coupon has a prefilled code which can be edited before sharing with customer.  When the unique code is entered in the order, the discount is applied and the coupon deleted subsequently.
  • Table Layouts: New table layouts can be created by simple drag-and-drop operation. The tables can be numbered for easier assignment.
  • Payroll Management: Employee pay rates and deductions can be calculated on the basis of employee check in and check out times.
