It works for people offering remote services.

Pros

Despite some minor issues with a connection at times, the call always seems to maintain good sound quality
I feel that my 8x8 phone performs better than my mobile phone which depends on the reception quality too much at times
I like the service I am receiving from my 8x8 connection and intend to keep using it for now
The mobile app is very helpful as it makes it possible for me to work from home
My clients get the impression that I am calling them from the office and I usually don’t have to leave home to connect with them
Generally, I am pleased with the is service and even amazed at times.

Cons

The mobile app can sometimes get overridden, and I know that since I have experienced that on different mobile phones
If you are using another program, 8x8 calls may come but one might not know until you see the missed calls upon checking
Also, the website needs an overhaul
It appears to be out-of-date
The desktop application has some data access issues also that can be addressed, but mostly an old look that should be renewed.
