My score for this app would be negative -100 if it could be lower than zero.

Having worked with this organization for more than two years, we had hoped for a seamless payroll process. It's been a nightmare instead. Their "simple" technology has malfunctioned on several occasions, resulting in over $150,000 in owed taxes and several payroll processing problems. Beyond the cost, we are completely unhappy due to the ongoing stress and lack of answers. They have only made things worse rather than better. They deserve a score of -100, if I could give them anything less than a zero. Remain quite distant.

Unresolved Issues with Customer Service

Unfortunately, I have not experienced a resolution to my specific case with Gusto. It appears they did not thoroughly analyze the situation, instead relying on a potentially inaccurate screenshot. This lack of flexibility and customer-focused problem-solving is a significant concern.
