It has great billing, dashboards for MACRA and MIPS are great, it is easy, and it has ever emerging new features for the EMR section.

Pros

It is intuitive, using it is simple, they have exceptional client support and follow up, and a listening company to user’s problems and suggestions.

Cons

Training was initially not to my expectations and the webinars were limited.
